Your 4-digit PIN will be the last four digits of the primary phone number you indicated on your application.
Returning volunteers are volunteers who have previously completed the full volunteer application process through approval and have been active without any breaks in service.
The chart provided below represents the most recent update information on your volunteer onboarding process. The following terms have been used to reflect the status of your application:
- Pending: This information is still being processed by staff and may require 1-2 weeks to be completed.
- Complete: This step in the process is finished and does not require any action on your part.
- Incomplete: This means that staff are waiting for you to complete, and you will need to take action on this step.
